The La Jolla Tower II project is a proposed new Hospital Tower approximately 404,000 gross square feet (171 new licensed beds) adjacent to the Prebys Tower (Tower I) which was completed in 2014, plus the development of a site which is approximately 125,000 gross square feet.

 

In order to connect the new Tower II to the existing Prebys Tower, the Tower I Connector project, which is 14,000 gross square feet (4 licensed beds), is also being proposed.

 Scope also includes an expansion to the Central Energy Plant on the same campus.
